Giuliano Mazzuoli accepts secure payments through a bank wire transfer or through PayPal. If you do not have an account with PayPal you can pay with a credit card. Orders are shipped via an express courier and one of our representatives will be in contact with you throughout the process.

Purchases done through this website are secure and guaranteed and can be done in the following ways:
Payments in advance through a bank wire transfer
In the case of a payment in advance through a bank wire transfer, the order will be processed only after we have received confirmation from the bank that our account was credited for the amount.
The payment must be done within 3 days from the date of the order. After 3 days of not receiving the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. The wire transfer must reference the order number, the date of the order and the first and last name of the customer.
The availability of the products is to be evaluated only at the moment we receive payment.
Payment with PayPal
By selecting PayPal as the type of payment you will be readdressed to a page of the PayPal website where you will insert your email address and password and make the payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl, but will be managed directly by PayPal.
In case the order is canceled or GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl does not accept the order, the amount will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. GIULIANO MAZZUOLI is not responsible for lateness and/or any damages incurred in the reimbursement process.

Cost of shipping
The cost of shipping will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the articles ordered.
Delivery time
The delivery time of the goods ordered can variate based on the order submitted from the customer (for example: if the goods are available by the producer) and based on the delivery time chosen. The delivery time indicated for the terms of delivery are merely indicative and they are not in any way binding for the GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl company.
Here is the calculation that we apply: availability + time of transit = total time for delivery
GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl uses couriers or shipping companies that offer the best service/cost ratio for the destination: this allows us to offer customers the best combination of shipping service and cost of shipping.
Attention: Since some products are made in an artisanal way, they may not be available at the time of the order. If this is the case, you will be notified of the expected date of delivery and you can then decide whether to confirm the order or to ask that it be canceled.
Receiving the goods
At the time the goods are received, the customer should check:
that the number of boxes delivered corresponds to what it says on the delivery document
that the boxes are not damaged and have not been tampered even in the area of where they have been closed with tape
In case there is evidence of tampering and/or breakage the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing “RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE MERCHANDISE FOR ….” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator.
The customer must then report any eventual damage within 3 days of receiving the merchandise in accordance to the policies of the operator that delivered the shipment.
In case the shipment of the order is returned to GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl by the courier/carrier because of an error in the address given by the customer or because the goods sat in the warehouse of the courier/operator for too long after not being able to be delivered or for any other reason that is deemed the fault of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon payment in advance of the cost of shipment through a link that will be supplied to the customer or in alternative through a bank wire transfer or through PayPal.
In no case will it be possible to make a delivery upon appointment or during pre-established times and days.
Verification of the state of the shipment
It’s possible to follow the state of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer via email once the goods have been sent and the email contains the information on the courier/operator used, the reference to the shipment, and instructions on how to track the shipment.
Return policy
The right to return is subject to the following conditions:
The goods that have been acquired must be whole and returned in the original packaging complete with all their parts (including the packaging used to ship the goods and any documents or accessories that came with the goods: manuals, etc.).
The shipment is completely under the responsibility and cost of the of the customer until the verifiable confirmation of reception by our warehouse.
GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl does not respond to in any way for damage or theft/loss of the goods returned with a noninsured shipment.
Return of the merchandise
The product must be returned to GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl within 14 days together with the authorized return form received.
After subtracting the eventual costs for the restoration of damage of the original packaging, GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl will take steps to reimburse the customer the remaining amount paid for the product within 14 days of receiving the goods through the credit card used to make the purchase or through a bank wire transfer. In the case of the latter, it is up to the customer to provide in a timely manner the bank coordinates to use to make the reimbursement (IBAN code, SWIFT, Account Number, etc.).
When the right to return no longer applies
The right to return totally lapses when the essential conditions of integrity of the good is missing (packaging and/or its contents) in the case that GIULIANO MAZZUOLI verifies:
The use, even partial, of the good and eventual material consumption
The outside packaging is missing and/or the original internal packaging
The integral elements of the product are missing (accessories, manuals, parts, …)
The damage of the product for causes not relating to its shipment
Customers who have made the purchase using a VAT code are not able to exercise the right to return.
The right to return is regulated by the law and the customer-consumer (or rather a physical person who acquires merchandise for reasons that are not related to their professional activity, that is they do not order the product referencing a tax ID code on the order form) has the right to cancel the purchase agreement for whatever reason. To exercise this right the customer must send a communication to GIULIANO MAZZUOLI srl within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods through registered mail.
Please note: the right to return is not able to be exercised by clients who purchase goods with a VAT number.
Only watches purchased through an authorized Giuliano Mazzuoli dealer or through our e-shop on giulianomazzuoli.com benefit from Giuliano Mazzuoli International Warranty. The warranty document can usually be found inside the box containing your watches. The warranty card must be properly filled out and stamped by the authorized dealer to activate your warranty.
Giuliano Mazzuoli watches sold outside the authorized dealer network can be counterfeits or watches that are in any case of dubious origin. They are not covered by any warranty. The Giuliano Mazzuoli warranty is an after-sales service in line with Giuliano Mazzuoli’s high-quality standards and is exclusively reserved to consumers in possession of a watch purchased only from an authorized Giuliano Mazzuoli dealer.
Giuliano Mazzuoli srl declines all responsibility for any product with the Giuliano Mazzuoli name purchased from a dealer not authorized by Giuliano Mazzuoli.
Your Giuliano Mazzuoli watch has been manufactured in the authentic tradition of Swiss watchmaking and has been individually tested to ensure that it functions perfectly. It is covered by a limited international guarantee against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase recorded on your warranty card.
Under this limited two-year international warranty (parts and labor) Giuliano Mazzuoli undertakes to repair any problem with the functions of the watch that result from defective manufacturing.
The Giuliano Mazzuoli International Warranty does not cover adjustments, and in any case excludes scratches to the surfaces of the watch including the PVD or DLC coating or oxidation as well as the consequences of your watch ageing through normal use.
The limited guarantee also does not cover straps, buckles, and crystals nor any damage to the case or movement due to moisture or water that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling. More generally, it does not apply if there has been improper or inadequate use of the watch.
Any damage caused by inappropriate use (like violent impacts, crushing, rough handling of the crowns, pushers and buckles) or an accident are excluded from the warranty.
Damage resulting from service, handling, disassembly or repair operations provided anywhere other than a Giuliano Mazzuoli authorized service center is not covered and shall void the warranty.
To be valid, the warranty card must include the watch model, full serial number, purchase date, and the official stamp of the Authorized Giuliano Mazzuoli dealer. A copy of the warranty card must always be included with the watch whenever you send it for repair.

The component parts and materials used in your watch have been selected for their high quality and technical properties. Every quality watch requires a certain amount of care. The following guidelines will enable you to ensure its reliability and protect its appearance over time.
Cleaning: Be sure to rinse your watch with fresh water, especially after it has been in salt water.
Please remember that your watch is water-resistant only when the crown is screwed in correctly.
Pressure seals: Over time, the pressure seals on your watch may deteriorate. We recommend that you have the water-resistance of your watch checked once a year by your Giuliano Mazzuoli dealer or authorized service center, who will replace the seals if necessary.
Leather Straps: Our straps are made of the finest leather, treated for superior resistance to humidity. Nevertheless, we suggest that you limit the time this material spends in the water. It is normal for its color to darken with time.
Magnetism
Magnetic and electromagnetic fields are becoming increasingly present in the world around us, and this magnetism can affect watch performance. To avoid any magnetic interference, we recommend that you keep your watch away from any devices, which could emit magnetic fields (for example mobile phones, computers, refrigerators, speakers, magnetic doors, television sets, etc.). It is also strongly advised that you remove your watch before walking through airport security checkpoints.
Water resistance
Information on water resistance relates to pressure measurements taken in the workshop, not at actual depths. As the gaskets have a limited lifespan, we recommend that you do not wear your watch in the shower. Powerful water jets hitting the push-pieces or the crowns could cause water to enter your watch.
We recommend that you have the water resistance of your watch checked every two years. If you live in an area where the climate is particularly humid, we recommend checking the water resistance more frequently.
Setting the time
It is recommended that you always set the time by turning the crown of your watch clock-wise.
Swimming in the sea and in pools
Always rinse your watch in fresh water after you have been swimming in the sea or in a pool.
Temperatures
Extreme temperatures that are too cold or too hot can have a negative effect on the mechanism of you watch and affect its proper working and its accuracy. Thermal shocks that can also damage your watch, or certain parts of your watch, such as the crystal, which could break.
Excessive temperatures also affect the oils in the movements: very low temperatures make them less fluid, while very hot temperatures make them prone to dry out more quickly. It is therefore recommended that you have your watch serviced more frequently in hot climates.
Avoid sudden changes in temperature. After a sharp change in temperature, some condensation may appear under the crystal of your watch. This condensation should disappear after a few minutes and does not affect the performance of your timepiece. If the condensation does not disappear, please contact your authorized Giuliano Mazzuoli dealer or service center.
Exposure to sunlight
Prolonged exposure to sunlight may alter the color rendering of your watch (discoloration of the dial, hands and strap). It may also alter the gaskets.
Chemical products
Avoid using chemical products on your watch. Chemical products (e.g. solvents, detergents, cosmetics) can damage the straps and gaskets on your watch, thereby impairing its water resistance.
Straps
It is normal for leather straps to develop a patina over time. To preserve them, you are recommended to keep them away from water and moisture.
Impacts
To keep your watch in good working order, avoid any major shocks or vibrations.
Crown
Ensure that the crown on your watch is always completely screwed in as this guarantees the water resistance of your watch. It is therefore strongly recommended that you do not use these components under water.
Special finishes
PVD
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a surface treatment used to apply color to a metal case, which means that any shock or friction can change or damage the appearance of your watch.
MARBLE
Marble can change color and darken based on atmospheric conditions and with contact with the skin’s natural acidity.
BRONZE
Bronze oxidizes on contact with air and humidity, forming a layer which can vary from dark brown to grayish green. The patina will vary, and develop at different speeds, depending on the humidity and salinity of the air, the ambient temperature, and the acidity of the skin.
Unless otherwise stated, Giuliano Mazzuoli watches use reliable high-caliber automatic self-winding mechanisms. To keep your watch in good working order, we recommend that you wind it regularly when it is not being worn.
The self-winding mechanical movement is wound thanks to the movement of the wrist. To guarantee optimal operation, we recommend that you ensure the strap is correctly adjusted, to prevent any loss of power.
Most Giuliano Mazzuoli watches have a power reserve of approximately 38 hours when not worn, provided that they are fully wound. The watch must therefore be wound (by rotating crown clockwise approximately 40 times) if it is not worn for longer than the power reserve autonomy.
Although they are equipped with shock absorbers, mechanical watch movements are still delicate. It is therefore recommended that you do not wear your watch while participating in “high impact” sports, such as golf or tennis, as these repeated jolting movements could alter the setting or even damage one or more components of the mechanism.
